Slave's Sword 2

nice sequel from the 1st game, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.. it's horrible, the story just BAD. The gameplay itself still the same but the enemies hits you harder now, could be very grindy for some players. The CGs are nothing new, pretty much the same as the 1st game. if you really want to complete the series, go for it or wait for sales, I wouldn't recommend this game for anything other than that.

Slave's Sword 2 is a compact fantasy RPG that builds its adventure around captivity, escape, exploration, and the continuing rebellion of its protagonist, Luna. Developed by Circle Poison and published by Kagura Games, the game follows directly from the events of its predecessor and is consequently more rewarding for players who already understand Luna's history. Even so, the central conflict is simple enough to follow: Luna and her allies are fighting against an oppressive Empire, and their successes have brought them increasingly close to the heart of enemy territory. The story begins with Luna's resistance movement making considerable progress. After securing the Free City and capturing several Imperial strongholds, victory finally appears within reach. That confidence disappears when Luna encounters an enemy powerful enough to defeat her. She is captured and imprisoned once again, forcing her to shift her attention away from the larger war and toward immediate survival. This setup gives the game a personal objective while maintaining the broader rebellion as motivation. Escaping imprisonment becomes more than simply reaching the exit because Luna ultimately needs to recover he…

I enjoyed the first Slave Sword but I feel like this sequel improved on a lot, the combat and ability to make money particularly. The story continues right where the first game left off so best to play the games back to back. The only part that upset me is the sister doesn't get any scenes despite there being plenty of opportunities for them. /if you enjoyed the first one you will very likely enjoy this one as well.

All the bad things said about this game in other reviews are true, but I still enjoy playing it. A very simple J-RPG. WAY too many fights, but I set the difficulty low and auto-fight.
