Sohee is a slice-of-life, linear story-driven side-scrolling text adventure game centered on a girl named Sohee, set in Korea. It is developed by TwoDpix and published by Digital-Touch Co., Ltd. Plot You take on the role of Sohee, a Korean girl who dreams of becoming a musical actress. She haven’t been feeling well lately, and one fateful day, She go to the pharmacy to get some medicine—and also a pregnancy test, which comes back positive. You discuss the news with your boyfriend, but unfortunately, a tragedy occurs, leaving you to struggle with everything alone. You also see flashbacks of Sohee as a child. She was raised by a single parent, her very busy mother, who was always occupied with work. Sohee struggled growing up, she was often left alone at school with no parent to pick her up, her mother could never be there for her, rarely kept her promises, and eventually, Sohee move out and rent a place separately from her mom. Honestly, this was a really great game. It tells a deeply emotional story about loss, responsibility, and difficult choices. Sohee feels like a real person, and I’m pretty sure there are people who are going to relate to her. The game also has a really nice art style—both the pixel art and the hand-drawn art look great. The soundtrack is excellent as well it features emotional piano music that makes a lot of the scenes hit much harder. Overall, it’s definitely not a light game, but a meaningful one. If you enjoy serious storytelling, I recommend it.

A slice-of-life visual novel about a girl's decision when she is left alone with her pregnancy. I'm really not the target audience for it, as it is barely interactive and more about the journey and some decisions than problem solving.

I enjoyed this game more than I thought I would!! In this game, we play as Sohee, a young Korean Woman who experienced a traumatic event and is forced to make a difficult decision. It's an emotional and hopeful game that makes you feel like you're watching a heartwarming slife of life Korean movie.
