In Solomon's Boneyard, you will face a young Solomon Dark just as he begins his rise! As an esteemed junion member of the Wizarding College's faculty, simply confront the young would-be dark lord in whatever cemetary he's desecrating today! It's an easy job, and you surely won't need the full extent of the game's gigantic magic system, nor the help of the game's astounding collection of unique magic items to accomplish it. Simply go in, confront the dark lord, dispatch him, and return the university for the dinner party and accolades due to a junior faculty member completing an entry-level task.If through bad luck or mischance you fail to take down the low-talent startup necromancer, no worries, the university always has more mages who are eager to add to their own reputation by doing what you couldn't do...* * *Solomon's Boneyard is a twin stick survival shooter. I have been playing this since its release on IOS, it was easily one of my favorite games up there with BTD4. This game brought back the magic of that original release plus more. The only thing I am not the biggest fan of is the randomized wizards after the original 4 die and your spells continuously change up. I liked the old system of unlocking specialized wizards. It would have been cool to have that system with the new "buy your spells" system in this release. All in all, 10/10 game.2 found this helpful
Fun nostalgic port of an old 2010 mobile game I played on my itouch. Just as good as the last time I played! Holds up surprisingly well to other similar contemporaries. It's a very casual action roguelike that has you eventually unlocking abilities and buffs to make your runs a bit easier. The gameplay loop is good and simple, select a mage, kill skellingtons, pick up gold, level up, choose a build. On the go this is a great game. Runs typically are about 10 to 20min long with the occasional longer run. The game itself runs very nicely on the steam deck and takes very very little GPU usage. On a full charge you could play this game on the steam deck for about 6hrs on battery. It controls very well and honestly I have no complaints other than the difficulty sometimes being an issue. The UI is a bit large, as this originally was a mobile game, and I'd love to have the ability to set a custom scale modifier for it. I greatly appreciate the usage of steam deck button faces for input prompts. If you're looking for a great, casual-on-the-go ARPG roguelike then I'd recommend this game to you. $8 for this is a great price. Again, this runs beautifully on the steam deck1 found this helpful
Not only is this a massive improvement on the mobile Boneyard game, it is also beyond nostalgic and probably one of the most Underrated games of its time. Probably spent a thousand hours playing this on the iPod. Could not recommend it more.

ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะมีคนเล่นอยู่😂 ส่วนตัวเคยเล่นเกมนี้ตั้งแต่สมัย iPod touch 4 ตอนนั้นจำได้ว่าพอถึงด่านหลัง ๆ จะเล่นไม่ได้เพราะเครื่องแรงไม่พอ จนปัจจุบันก็ยังเล่นบน iPhone 15 อยู่ พอเห็นว่ามีบน PC ด้วยเลยจัดมาเล่นจอใหญ่ ๆ ใช้จอย XBox เล่น ตัวเกมออกแบบให้เล่นได้ประมาณ 30 นาที/รอบ แต่ถ้าโชคดีอาจเล่นได้ถึง 1 - 1.5 ชม. เลยทีเดียว ระบบการเล่นคล้ายของเดิมแต่มีเพิ่มเติมระบบซื้อของและบอสในเกมให้มีความแปลกใหม่ขึ้น ต้องใช้เวลาสัก 2 - 3 รอบถึงจะพอเข้าใจระบบใหม่ เป็นเกมที่เล่นเพลิน ๆ ฆ่าเวลาดีมาก จุดที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ ตัว UI ใช้งานร่วมกับ gamepad แล้วงง อย่างเวลาเลือกแหวนมาใส่ ไม่เข้าใจว่าจะใช้ gamepad เลือกมาใส่ยังไง สุดท้ายก็ใช้ mouse ลากไปวางแทนง่ายสุด ถ้าไม่คิดมากก็ถือว่าไม่เป็นอุปสรรคในการเล่น
