About SPECWAR Tactics
A friendly state at a geographically significant point in the world has fallen into chaos, with terrorists and insurgents taking advantage of the confusion to take cities for their own and destabilize the region. Take command of a NATO special operations force to provide assistance and help the country take its territories back and restore stability to the region.
Use both the simple and advanced movement and command systems that let you maneuver your soldiers just the way you want.
Customize your soldiers, utilizing multiple different spec ops units with their own specialties, to create your perfect special operations team.
Manage your soldiers' trainings and upgrade your facilities, steadily improving your means to upgrade and improve your fighting force.
Utilize stealth, flanking, and suppression that allow you to overcome greater numbers through superior tactics
Fight on missions that feature both open environments that require infantry tactics to get past, as well as more condensed interior environments for CQB action.
Note:
Though I didn't set it as early access, I do intend to continue to fix/improve the game and add some more content after release. If you try my game and you encounter some issues, bugs, or just had some thoughts and feedback, feel free to pop in the discord and let me know! Thanks

Abandonware. No updates in a whole year and new bugs might not be fixed, so I wouldn't recommend buying it.3 found this helpful
It's rough. A ways off from the level it could be but, it's still a really cool game imo, and has a feature set I've been really dying to see in a game. But it crashes a fair bit and has bugs. The GOOD: Really cool feature sets that basically let you run your own GWOT. similar to a mount and blade over world, you have an aircraft carrier that you can navigate around, and find target you want to hit. Theres also a fairly simple simulated economy of the fake country your operating in, and more stability to the economy means they can afford more security, which also helps you win the war. It's like the old breach and clear games but with A LOT more inspiration from the more modern Door Kickers series, with the troop movement and stuff. I'm really impressed with how many different things Applesauce incorporated here. Then there's all the different management stuff, training your guys, hiring on new people (permadeath for them too), purchasing equipment for them, upgrading the boat, upgrading your helicopter, researching gear, finding targets, and maybe more. None of it is very in depth, but there just so much that it really does help get you wrapped up in the campaign and adds an XC…2 found this helpful
While it has many bad aspects, it is worth playing.2 found this helpful
Great little game to kill time on. For a single dev game I think its great for what it is. Its not perfect but a great game to pick up whenever you have downtime.
Underrated game IMO. The meta part is great, helping to rebuild a region overrun by insurgents. In a way it feels like building up my own town. It has a dynamic economy system that's directly hindered by pirate ships and insurgent patrols until you take them out. Then more cargo ships and trucks will safely arrive at their destinations and earn more money for the city (which also serves as your money for buying things). The micro game is well done too. Squad members can crouch or go prone like an FPS. You can safely open doors by having one guy go prone and aiming straight in, with two others crouched on the sides to cover the left & right pie pieces. The tutorial will show you how to pre-plan the orders of several squad members and then execute the plan all at once, but I've found most things perfectly do-able without using that feature. Capturing villages from insurgents can be tricky at first, but isn't bad once you learn a couple tricks. First, get to the capture area and hold Shift so your squad constantly faces your mouse cursor, then move the cursor in slow circles to monitor all directions and take out any enemies that get close. Second, watch for enemy artillery smoke an…
Pretty easy game, good to practice a wide range of Military Tactics.
