Spookie Dookie is a game I never—ever—thought I’d play. And yet… here I am. A game where your goal is to use the bathroom in a haunted toilet. And somehow? I absolutely loved it. This one leans way more into panic, chaos, and comedy than traditional creepy horror vibes—though it definitely has its moments. The real tension comes from time crunches, sudden jumpscares, and the sheer absurdity of what’s happening on screen. The story is completely original and genuinely hilarious. I wasn’t expecting much going in, but the writing and concept had me laughing the entire time. The gameplay is fast, fun, and constantly throwing something new at you—there was never a dull moment. And listen… getting jumpscared while trying to take a dookie? That makes it ten times funnier. I don’t make the rules. Is it super scary? Not really. Is it wildly entertaining? Absolutely. If you’re looking for a horror-adjacent game that prioritizes laughs, chaos, and ridiculous fun over deep fear, Spookie Dookie is 100% worth playing. I didn’t expect to enjoy it—but I’m really glad I did. 🚽👻
I know its early access, but in its current state I do not recommend. There's makings of a good game, but the current gameplay loop felt like a drag. The delay between being able to do the dookie mini game thing and then looking around the stall is too long. Also I didn't enjoy the random jumpscares when the whole point is trying to avoid them. The voice acting could also be better.
Atleast you can't smell the dookies!
