Idle & Incremental Lovers recommends SquareSlicer: [i] Very simple concept and pretty much on rails progression (skill tree is more like like a skill line!). But I had fun splitting & slicing for 1h20, and I really felt the way I handled runs mattered. [/i] + Upgrades are pretty basic, but I felt like the intended progression made sense. The main upgrade feature is unlocking bigger and bigger squares that split into the slower tier when you slice. Somehow, slicing through these squares was way more fun than I expected! + Since your cursor is very small (in the beginning), you really have to aim in order to slice the squares, it's not the basic mindless hovering you see in a lot of these active incremental games. +/- This is very short, but for me it was just the right length to explore and have fun with the concept of the game. +/- Hunting for the light squares, that are worth way more than basic squares, is a cool feature. But I felt like it was underexploited, as these light squares can't spawn from slicing bigger squares. *My girlfriend is like the square root of -100. It is okay, for one hour you slice big squares into small squares and after each run you are able to buy on average one upgrade. Most of the upgrades are not very noticeable except profit boost and cursor size. However the game runs smoothly, I was not bored and numbers go up.
