Once bustling and full of life, the city of London is in a dark and dismal state. Unemployment and homelessness are at an all-time high. Ethical boundaries are being stretched to their limit and corrupt billionaire, Kenny Hogan, is up to no good.
It’s up to ragtag band of criminals Frank, Sally, and Gavin, to put a wrench in Kenny Hogan’s plans and bring him to his knees. But this is no simple job and there’ll be a smattering of obstacles they’ll have to face along the way…

The non-combat parts are fun. The AP resource management is as well. The dreadful RPG combat absolutely ruins this.2 found this helpful
The minigames break this for me. I was interested in the story, but the characters are very exaggerated and I gave it a pass because I like point and click adventures. But the minigames are just frustrating. On the lockpicking minigame, it will show that you are visually, and fully within the window of where you are supposed to click, and the it feels like the game will just decide that still isn't good enough. The hitbox is wrong or something on that. Plus if you have to use all of your AP to do these minigames over again during the first heist, you have to keep fighting security guards. Good game, funny story and characters, kind of a bad ending in my opinion.
Damn, some of the reviews are kinda harsh. I went in expecting a mild experience based on what I read but I actually had a blast, this game is pretty fun and creative. tl;dr: Don't let negative reviews turn you away, the game isn't groundbreaking but it's still very fun, specially if its style pulled you in. Its main selling point is quite clearly the audiovisual presentation: the game is very stylish, which can be seen immediately in the trailer and game intro. The soundtrack is completely original and frequently shifts from a jazzy mystery noir to an action-pumping synthwave. The voice acting is professional (though I've seen complaints about the accent from British players). The missions and scenarios are very well designed, there's very little to no pixel hunting in the point-n-click parts. Everything is consistent and works well together, so if this is what drew you in, you're in for a treat. The biggest complaint for most players seems to be the combat. It's similar to a JRPG: it's turn based and mostly just requires managing resources like health, action points and items.
