Ummmm... I *thought* this was going to be awesome. Shortest, easiest point-n-click I have played and it was $7.99?!?! Do not buy this game even if the theme, the pixel graphics and voicing seems interesting.1 found this helpful

There are quite a few bugs - since there is no "Continue" button, if you accidentally click Play it starts the game over and even if you skip the prologue, clicking "Load" doesn't do anything and you have to exit the game entirely. Plus loading up chooses the wrong resolution every time. For me, the control was infuriating with the click to move. I've played games like that before that made it work but this is just janky. Give me WASD. Plot is...ok. I think its too short and bugged for the price.
Im quite torn between enjoying the games vibe and beeing dissapointed with the puzzles and endings. The game has awesome visuals and also really great music. I also enjoy the theme it goes after, perfect for the fall season. The thing is, the puzzles arent really hard and you most often immidietly know what to do. The biggest flaw in the game are the endings tho. The games ending only depends on the last chapters dialog youre choosing which is disappointing if we keep in mind that none of our dialog choices throughout the whole game mean anything. The end puzzle also feels increadibly rushed and not thought over. [spoiler] im able to call the police if i click on the phone in their house, if i dont do that, it still says in the end dialog that i called them. [/spoiler] In the end i would say that if youre able to look past all that, youre able to enjoy the vibe of the game and really start getting in the mood for fall and halloween
It was cute but way too short. Don't buy it at full price
I fully enjoyed this game. There were a few times when I got brain fog and had to stop playing and come back to it to figure out what to do. And the story was surprising. Fully recommend.
