Super Goribei

Game is absolutely atrocious. First I thought game is bugged, when while choosing save-file, pressing Enter made it quit. But no - Enter is supposed to close game or pause it. Then, ugly graphics and unfair level build (for example sections were you need to jump down - you have no idea what is below you). Music that seems like someone's "first attempts in music application". Instead of game over, my game just crashes... it lacks polish in every aspect - there are typos, there are many bugs, like spinning saw-wheel not making damage to you..

It's confusing!! you don't know how to start. A very confusing game.

I think this came in a Gogo Bundle or something. I wasn't expecting much from the game, so I was pleasently surprised by it. First thing that happened is Steam couldn't find the executable. The game is downloaded as a Zip file and you have to unzip it yourself. I also got error message pop-ups every time I saved, but the game still saved. The game itself is a platformer that's very much inspired by Super Mario Bros games, and it says it was made in a gamemaker software. The game's fully controller compatible, and it controls all right. It has lots of levels, and it seems like the developer put some thought into the level designs. The game is playable, and it's not that bad. It's definitely not as bad as some of the cheap trash platformers that get shoveled into Steam, appear in a couple $1 bundles, and then are forgotten. That's not to say it's good though. There's lots of bugs. There's issues with the game design. Even though it seems like the delevoper put a good amount of work into this game, it doesn't seem like they spent a lot of time playtesting or trying to polish the game. Don't Buy this game at all. Its not fun.... Games are supposed to be fun and this just hurts to play so don't buy it.
