One of the few non-marvel/DC superhero games out there that is decent (along with Champion shift). There's different powers to choose from as you gain experience. It plays like a roguelike looter shooter version of Borderlands. Has some of the same style and narration but designed for shorter playthroughs, about 30 mins to an hour per run. Easy to pick up and play, nice upgrades, great weapons, and very creative powers. There's 5 power types altogether to customize into 3 power slots. There's also complimentary supports for each power type that play differently. Very thoughtful game that should have gotten more attention. Great on sale if you're looking for something different that's pretty well put together. Some tiny bugs with the gamepad but nothing that will stop you from moving forward (with a mouse). Surprisingly good game and a bit of a sleeper for the level of quality in gameplay.2 found this helpful
