A game that is artistically beautiful, and full of passion, but the PERFECT example of why gameplay design can so easily be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up in VR games. The gameplay is a bunch of disconnected minigames that like...catching bugs? Fishing? Walking around an empty town? The actual game part of this game is more chore then game. I'm also not alone on this. According to the global achievements roughly half of players stop playing where I did; right around the 2 hour mark. It seems like a pitiful 5% actually end up finishing the entire game.

Humor is great, overall look is stylish if a little simple in some places, and is an overall relaxing experience this game is a town revival kind of deal where you play the role of an odd job handyman so there's always variety in the tasks you are given. There was a very quick bug fix response too for certain story quests and quirks so props to that too.

Sushi Ben is a super fun and very exciting "anime/manga" style game (as I call it)! The characters are all very unique and the voice acting in Japanese is AMAZING! I loved the story and I was always itching to hop back in and push further along each time I signed off. The activities and side missions are all fun, clever, and excellent for VR! lots of things to do with your hands and lots of tools to use. Also, whenever your not "in the action" the dialog moments are broken up with the COOLEST anime/mange style boxes that show expression or emphasize certain things! Never seen that in a game before and I absolutely enjoyed the characters talking as much as I enjoyed any other part of the game, and that's a great feat to pull off! It's probably my FAVORITE part of the game! If you're looking for an entertaining single player story driven adventure, LOOK NO FURTHER! I highly recommend this one!!

The game is so incredibly charming and beautiful to look at. There are some small things I haven't liked, like a lot of backtracking or some bugs? Nothing dealbreaking but still an amazing game.

While I enjoyed the style to it and some of the characters were fun, this should not have been off VR. The only way to describe the game is dull and clunky. And because of the nature of VR and the presentation of the game, the game struggled to get everyone where they needed to be. And on top of that, the ending also felt like it was missing another episode or two. Cannot recommend.

one of my favorite vr titles and the only one I've ever played with a vibe like it.
