About Tactics 2: War
Real-time strategy and shooter. Army, Navy and Air Force. Modern warfare.
(The game requires an Internet connection. DRM turns off the game if there is no connection to the Internet or if the game files are changed.)

Game features:
- Play against an AI with different difficulty levels.
- Battles ashore, at sea and in the sky.
- 7 singleplayer maps
- Real-time combat.
- Dynamic campaign where your performance matters.
- Capture the enemy's bases.
- Get reinforcements on each base.
- Near the bases, all units are being repaired.
Capture the base before destroying enemy units and get repairs to your units.
The aircraft must land on the aerodrome for repair.
-The enemy units are returning for repairs themselves. You can send your units for repairs too.
-There is a patrol mode for each unit.
-Spies of the enemy are watching your army. Change routes to deceive them.
- Hall of Fame.
- Open World
- Free camera
- Simulator of each object (tank, airplane, submarine, ship)
(The default difficulty level is easy. But you can change it in the menu)

A game where you can't issue orders more complex than "move" or "attack", and you can't cancel orders once given, not to mention it can barely run for more than 2 minutes without crashing. Truly the next generation of strategic wargames.21 found this helpful

Dev: Capt McCay Moderator: Adam Both tools. Treat people like crap and ban people for no reason. Might even be the same guy, I dunno. Game is also crap, 22$ for a 405mb download. But don't take my word for it, just skim through discussions and read Dev replies to reviews. Refunded :)19 found this helpful
Very Fun Game... Crashes on Loading Screen sometimes, and in game it freezes now and again.. and before you give up thinking it's crashed, just hit alt-tab and wait for it to "resynch" the display and the game resumes. Because it crashes enought to be considered an ongoing issue, you must save often. To Save during game play, you press escape and then you see the desktop - it didn't crash - just wait for it.. then you will see the screen - definite lag.. perhaps "program switching" or "chaining" as it's called - but saving frequently is KEY because without saving, you will certainly not finish the game... and without remembering to save alot, you will grow frustrated. Why Bother if it crashes? BEcause the concept is great, the riding in any vehicle and jumping back out - taking control and letting AI take over again - is really cool, especially when you want to do some sniping because AI waits until its closer than you can hit them - so manually jumping in a rocket tank or a plane or boat and just hammering on the enemy from a distance for as long as you can is much more damaging then letting the AI do it its own way - they are evenly matched - the AI.. but that's how you can g…3 found this helpful
