and go on a relaxed journey into the sky. Leave the hectic routine of life behind
for a chance to enjoy this deeply immersive experience.
Project yourself into the game, relax, and let yourself become immersed in gameplay.
\
You can purify damage zones by dropping (rapidly falling) onto them.
Focus and master the tricks of aiming as you make your way into the skies, avoiding damage as you go.
\

Man I don't know. I keep playing these types of zen, relaxing games and I dunno if i'm just too much of a Gamer[tm] for them or if people just have weird ideas of what constitutes as relaxing. The music is nice I guess, but for such a simple platformer it has enough kind of gotcha/trial and error mechanics along with needing to reach score/distance thresholds to unlock the "zen" mode that doesnt keep score, and also has a currency grind for optional safety nets that it sits in the awkward middle of too videogamey to be truly relaxing but not enough depth or challenge to be satisfying to reach those scores it wants you to. This is on me for not reading the store page fully before I bought it but I feel using AI backgrounds also sticks a big pin in the aspect of taking it at your own pace and enjoying what would otherwise be beautiful and meditative environments, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.2 found this helpful
Nice and chill game. The art is very nice with serene musics. Good for player who likes to relax while playing. Perfect for those who want to just zone out.2 found this helpful
Absolutely gorgeous and fun game. Beautifully Zen and endlessly repayable. I'll probably play this once a week or two for years.2 found this helpful
Ya like jazz?
I'm honestly not sure what I expected this game to be, but I may have come across a hidden gem here. Before I get into what Tensei is and why you need to buy it, let me start off by explaining what it isn't. The words "soothing" and "Zen" are plastered all over this title, which I wouldn't say describe my experience very accurately. In fact, I'd argue the exact opposite. Not only does the very light atmosphere turn dark and menacing quite often, but more importantly: the gameplay involves jumping from platform to platform, most of which have a rather small surface area (especially beyond 10,000 meters), the place is loaded with hazards wanting to kill you at every jump, and it's not uncommon to find oneself on a platform too far away from anything to progress, forcing a treacherous back-tracking adventure. I do not feel calm while playing Tensei — I feel an adrenaline rush fueled by my desire to climb higher and higher at all costs. So much so, in fact, that I've gone significantly beyond the initial ceiling of 10,000 meters, finishing my most recent run with almost 600K points. Unless you're not very good at the game, it's also not…1 found this helpful
