It's a quite unique game with a lot of interesting ideas and a good athmosphere. At the point in time I'm writing this review the game is finished and even seems to have multiple endings, so no "to be continued"-screen or anything like that as mentioned in some older reviews. Besides the story, puzzles and especially the horror aspects being interesting (even tho not perfect), I did encounter some more or less game breaking bugs. A lot were not game breaking so I'm not gonna list all of them. The worst one was that the flashlight just disappeared when i put the batteries in and I couldn't figure out if there is a way I can use it so the dark parts were a huge struggle! Then in the last scene I bugged through the window and fell through the map (to be fair I provoked that but still only Alt F4 could save me). Another thing that led to me being stuck quite regularly is that there's a lot of searching for pixels, as in there's a lot of tiny objects you can't see very well but are crucial to getting further. The game's theme is very interesting. The terror that can lurk within the minds of disturbed people is both exhilarating and frightening. That feeling you get when you play The Corridor. Chilling mystery, challenging puzzles and attention to detail. Yes, if you don't pay attention to what the scenario is trying to show you, I guarantee you will be stuck for some time in the game's progression. In addition, the game features a "Cohesion" mechanic, which is how your mind is connected with the one being analyzed. If this "cohesion counter" reaches zero, you fail. This gives, together with the fact that the game is always in low-light lighting, a sense of urgency and the feeling that you could be attacked at any time. The Scy-Fi mood also contributes to the game's mood, after all the character is accessing memories and trying to find clues about some subjects. Immersion is great and the soundtrack contributes a lot to that. So, prepare your heart as many scares and plot twists await you in The Corridor: On Behalf of the Dead!!

This game isn't bad, but it isn't really memorable either. I picked up this game while it was on sale, and I gave it a playthrough today. It was a mid-tier horror experience with a syfi theme that I've seen before in different skins. The story takes place in a totalitarian future where people are treated like numbers. You are playing as a Custodian, an agent of M.O.M. the ruling faction of the country, and you are tasked with diving into the memories of people to find evidence of their crimes so that they could be convicted. That was really the best I got from the whole experience as I lost the trail of the plot about half-way through. This may be due to not getting all the data keys in the game, or missing clues in each section. But the baseline story did not capture my attention enough for me to go back and 100% the game just to get the full picture. If you are going to have hidden endings or "true" endings, the main story you start with should probably be interesting on its own, with those secondary bits being revelations that re-contextualize the original story. But since I didn't know what was going on through most of it, this would be impossible. This was partially becaus…
