Please don't play this game. It's complete ass. Zombies got plot armour, turrets do ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Just overall very VERY terrible game. Guns do nothing at ALL.

"The Last Frontier" is a godawfully bad and failed attempt to make a hybrid FPS/tower defense game where you should a bunch of voxel zombies with voxel guns. Once more an amateur developer saw Minecraft and decided it was a success because it looked bad, and didn't consider it succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. Thus we get so many ugly looking amateur games on Steam with none of Minecraft's deep, rich gameplay. What do you do in the game? Shoot at voxel zombies a lot. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 6 concurrent players... this …
