Standing still drains stamina (only walking recharges it), running consists of jittering the camera like you have the worlds tiniest legs, zombies will chase you until you leave their zone, then they just wander off. Its essentially a unity asset flip with the brightness turned all the way down and some random wolves and bells looping as ambient noise.

This game doesn't provide much for support and interaction. Can't crouch and be more stealthy against the zombies. Can't attack with weapons other than a gun. Limited control options and key bindings to work with. Saved the game with all doors unlocked, loaded same game and then all doors were locked. Yet, zombies teleport thru closed and locked doors.

The entire design choices of this game from the developer have me covering my face with my hands and screaming "Not Like This! ..Not This Again!" Why does it seem like so many indie developers almost try and make their horror games as bad as they possibly can? Is there some rule I'm unaware of that says that indie horror games must be terrible? One example.. You eat a can of tuna that specifically tells you increased thirst but helps your hunger.. and it drains adds 40 points to your stress. WTF. This is yet another terrible horror game with poorly thought out game design. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3Vkr6SCCv8 My first impressions score is a dismal 3 out of 10. I wouldn't recommend this even if it were free, much less for $5 or $6. NOT Recommended.. but I thank the developer for the free key to evaluate his game. I'll come back and try it again perhaps in a month or two and hope the developer cares enough to make some drastic changes to this terrible user interface and making zombies that are terribly over-powered chase the defenseless player in areas where they are trapped with no possible escape. ..Not "fun".

Do not buy this game. When you start the game you're greeted with a text box. This text box explains the rules of the game. You have health, stamina, food and water. Typical survival meters. It explains what these do. The main thing that interested me was the very last bit of text. 'This is a story driven game'. Allow me to inform you what kind of 'story' driven game you're going to get. You aren't told why you're in an abandoned house, nor do you start with anything at all. You're given a flash light at the start within the home, but you don't have so much as a golf club in, what appears to be, a highly infested area. The one note in the cabin doesn't give you much to go on either, only saying that 'You are the Last Ones Left'. Hard to be plural there when you only have yourself. Stepping out you'll find yourself looking into a dark forest with buildings littered around the area. Regardless of where you go, you will find zombies littering the area, attacking you if you get into their spawn areas. Yes, I mean spawn areas. Sometimes you won't know a zombie is there until you pass some invisible barrier which forces the zombie to then spawn, and this spawn could be li…
