About The Mutiny

Scavenge. Survive. Don't get infected. The Mutiny is a third-person open-world zombie survival RPG. Loot a post-apocalyptic town, fight through escalating hordes, manage your survival, and stay alive long enough to make it count.SURVIVAL WITH REAL WEIGHTHunger drains. Thirst builds. Stamina fades when you run — and the heavier your loadout, the faster it goes. Weapons degrade with every shot. Armor absorbs damage until it can't anymore. Every decision costs something.LOOT YOUR OWN CORPSEDeath doesn't reset the world. Respawn somewhere else and fight your way back to your body. Your gear is still there — if you can reach it.A WORLD THAT ESCALATESDay turns to night. Night turns to something worse. Hordes build, seekers hunt you, the darkness closes in.UPDATED EVERY 2 WEEKSBuilt by one developer. Major updates on a regular schedule.— Mach3, Solo Dev.

Liked the colorful art with day and night cycle ( heheh, the "Fiasco" company containers in the town, lol-ed for a while) Nice light fun, short in playing time/size, but hard to endure alive. So, some help below to get your fill of enjoyment. --- Disclosure: ( If devs dislike this part, just post a comment and I will delete it ASAP ) Being 71 y.o. my playing is never the usual: I use my own C.E. tables on all games, so I can fully know and finish all I buy, no matter the difficulty. So, for other mature gamers, some C.E. hints -could change with game updates-: -- Health, full current and max value, are Type Float 100.0000, addresses separated by 4 bytes = changed both values to 99999.00 (current can't be bigger than max). Or freeze current value, whatever you like. ( Some mirror or bar values aren't the relevant, freeze and try them to find the true ones ). -- Hunger, Thirst, each Weapon or Items repair state, are all Float, 100.0000. Freeze Hunger, Thirst, they won't accept bigger values. But weapons and items can be frozen and/or value changed to 99999.00 or any you like. -- Stamina Sprint White bar, Float, full bar = 30.00000 -- Ammo: Type 4 Bytes. can use any numbe…

The description and pcitures were misleading. Expecting an open world zombie survival rpg but turns out it is a tunnel system. Not sure if even possible to get to the surface, tunnels have dead ends and trying to explore ones that weren't just in a straight line didn't lead me to anything exciting. Gamplay was meh. Accuracy of guns were awful, didn't feel like they had any power behind them apart from the shot gun. Buying system was broken, could buy things and it would give you money, other areas couldn't buy anything. Was not going to wait for stock to refresh as hunger and thirst bars deplete fast while not doing anything. Game feels disappointing and even for this price it still was not enough for me to appreciate it. It looked like it had potential but unfortunately was a let down.

Edit to my original review: The developer is responsive and has made progress on some of the issues I encountered. I recommend playing and encouraging the game's development, because I do see the potential. I look forward to seeing how it goes. Original review: It's frustrating to play. I tried four times before I actually got a decent hour playthrough. I wasn't able to play online, but it doesn't look like anyone else is playing it yet anyway. I took a break (left it on the main menu) and came back, but I wasn't able to play on my save. It just showed me a blue background, the character's HUD, several weapons I never had, and some kind of target cursor. I had to restart the game because every time I tried to go back to that save, it did the same thing. You don't have the option to delete or choose save files, so I don't know if the old ones are deleted or replaced by new. The controls are wonky and took time to get used to. You can jump, but not on/over things. Each combat move is so slow. Sometimes you knock arms and heads off with one punch. Sometimes it takes several. I can't tell if the size/armor of the zombie matters. You start off in a room with a bunch of junk and a cra…
