I'd give this game a neutral rating if I could. Will give it a positive review, since a negative feels a bit unfair. After 10 hours and 4 completed runs, all I can say is that this game could be so, so much more than it currently is, but it seems unlikely that it'll be developed any further. Visually, it's great. Core gameplay loop is decent and fun, but is lacking depth. In fact, every system in this game is lacking depth: - If you have any experience with rougelikes or ARPGs, it'll take you about an hour to figure out the strongest synergies. Given how easy it is to reroll abilities and passives, you'll be able to turn every run into a god run - The fishing system is pointless and doesn't add anything. It's faster to farm divine coins and food by killing enemies - you can finish the whole game without ever realizing there's a fishing minigame - The hunger / food system also adds nothing to the gameplay, it's just a chore to press F every 20s to eat - The game's difficulty scales too slowly. By the time I've hit difficulty 4, I was killing the last boss while being significantly below max level - just using all the level 5 bow-related perks - The enemies lack divers…

Fun for about 30 minutes in that junkfood/guilty pleasure kinda way, but wears thin quickly after. The game has an entire "generations" system, but I didn't notice after choosing the Ranger and stacking Attack Speed. Won the game first try, and honestly, there isn't enough here to even warrant a 2nd playthrough - let alone a 100th for the achievement. Like a decent fillet mignon, it's good, but too little to carry through. --- Note, I just noticed this game had an A.I. involvement statement at the bottom, and feel all the more firm in my sentiment. This game is too shallow in both game design and vision. I regret ever complimenting this in any way.

I briefly enjoyed it with the expectation that it was still in development. It is all but abandoned now. The "new" game they are making looks just like this game but with better graphics and the fixes and updates they should've added to this one. I expect they will charge the same if not more for the new one.

The positive reviews have to be a joke. This game feels like it was AI coded and released without ever being played. Controls are extremely janky. Music just randomly cuts off. Projectiles constantly fail to register as hits. Spells will cast on the opposite side of the map for no reason. Not even worth $4.

It's a 9/10 for me so far. I've been looking for games like this. Something that would feel like Ragnarok but it has a good story and like Solo Leveling. I want to give it a 10/10 if there is a specific class and base building . But so far, its been a great JRPG Action Roguelike, kinda underrated to be honest, i hope there will be more tons of new updates, classes, skills and weapons. Also Pets. Well, a Multiplayer function will be great.
