A preview; - It has late 90's/early 2000's point&click adventure graphics, which is good for a bit of nostalgia. - Haven't come across gameplay bugs neither on my Legion Go nor on my PC. - Would've liked to see full screen option rather than only windowed. - Works well with LeGo controllers. No issues so far. - Storytelling and dialogues leave a bit to be desired. Not compelling enough story, or forced dialogues left me a bit cold. Although, I am saying this with a proviso; I haven't completed the story and possibly I am even at the beginning so it may open up later. - Wall of text at the beginning could have been used for environmental storytelling instead, pieces of notes here and there could've been a better option imo. - Came across some spelling mistakes at the beginning when we are told the background story. Especially for the father and mom's story, but nothing major. - Background music can be too obnoxious and maybe a bit out of place in some scenes. - Textures need to be a bit darker to complement the atmosphere game is going for. Some careful shading use and more blacks, maybe a bit fogginess could be much better. In its current state, I find it not supporting the dark…

Good job RPIX

Nice little horror experience. This games provides an interesting approach on lore by centering its story around a book/essay (provided) that helps understand the events happening in the game. Most of its gameplay difficulty is about minding your steps but there is hardly any challenge really. On the Steam Deck though, I didn't manage to make it run properly as no matter which proton version I used (Experimental, 9.0-3 and GE 9-16), the game froze during an FMV cutscene or another. Also, this game doesn't seem to support cloud saves, but this isn't really an issue considering a full playthrough last around 30-40minutes. Considering the content it provides, I'm not sure it is worth it at its base price (6.89€) but, having paid 1.72€ on a sale, it just felt good and made me very interested to a sequel or another game sharing the same "universe".
