Wish I could give a positive review because it's a free game and the angel's egg inspired aesthetic was fun, but the odd and inconsistent AI art combined with the fact I managed to run into a dead end half an hour in with no remaining options to progress stop me from doing so. Also, even as someone who likes edgy writing, the writing often went past wordy and into sounding like it was written with a thesaurus pulled up. I found it especially unnatural sounding during the dialogue, and I think it desperately needed some editing to tone it down. Not every line should be written like it's trying to be a profound observation. Also really just want to reiterate how disappointing the AI usage in the art is - especially because it's clear that there was artistic direction in the first place.

I really wanted to like this game, but it ended up being a frustrating experience. The biggest issue is the writing. The game is packed with extremely long dialogues that try very hard to sound deep and philosophical, but most of the time they just feel pretentious and exhausting to read. Another problem is the illusion of choice. The game constantly presents dialogue options that look like they matter, but in reality they barely change anything. No matter what you pick, the outcome is usually the same, which makes the whole decision system feel fake. On top of that, the visuals seem to rely heavily on AI-generated assets. The result is an inconsistent art style that feels generic and soulless. I can't recommend it.

I find this game tastefully made, I loved the atmospheres and feelings it conjures up. It's the outcome of the work of a developer who seems to love the little world he created.

What can I say? It’s a truly immersive game I really loved it. Even though it’s short (I hope they extend it in the future), it leaves you with some really profound messages. I’ve tried every possible way to find all the endings so far I think I’ve found 3, even though I’ve finished the game at least 6 times haha. Seriously, kudos to the developersnot many people can create such beautiful games with so little. Thank you so much for the experience!
