The Steadfast VR Challenge is a hybrid of First Person Shooter and Tower Defense that forces you to incorporate strategy with marksmanship in a virtual world!
It's delivered in an infinite wave based format where you'll find yourself frequently combining fast, deliberate decisions with quick reflexes to pull off the unthinkable. All while utilizing the time between waves to carefully place your chess-like pieces, arm your traps and catch your breath before the next onslaught begins. Your objective is to complete as many rounds as possible before your virtual world literally explodes in your face.

The Steadfast VR Challenge is a Free to Play shooter / tower defense game in VR. It worked on my HTC Vive and Index system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Has a tutorial and shooting range. The graphics are fuzzy and comic like. You can man certain weapons stations. Try this game, you might like it.2 found this helpful

Totally broken so far as I can tell. Tried a custom controller setup as well as default and can't get past the intro when it says to do something with the controller. I'm using a Quest 3.
The game seems quite interesting and has a lot of potential, unfortunately the UI and control seem quite broken. It often got quite impossible for me to grab the new pistol after dropping the spent one.
