I thought I was buying some 'slice of life' visual novel, but ended up slicing the life instead. The game is pretty disturbing so know what you getting into, it has some depictions of animal cruelty, gore, and some unhinged themes for the story. Which you know, I don't have a problem with, I am just saying, I saw a charming looking game, and it wasn't exactly what I expected. It's not just a visual novel, more like a graphic adventure, you can move between the scenes using the arrows on the pictures, there are some puzzles, but generally they are done automatically as long as you have the items, with a few exceptions. Navigation in the game was kinda horrible, very easy to confuse up and down, or left and right, but it's not a very big game so you can brute force it in 30 minutes or so. Apparently, there are a couple of optional endings, although I started having a bug during one of the puzzles, so for the time I can't fully explore every possibility, it has a a bit of replay value to it with achievements. I liked the art panels, you have a slightly different style from similar games, there are some occasional animations for the gory scenes, and even some mind games with how the…10 found this helpful
