About The Wall Mustn't Fall
The Wall Musn't Fall is a game about surviving an onslaught of enemies through the strategic decisions that you've made. You start off by selecting a hero with unique abilities. As you successfully defend, you are able to recruit ai controlled allies which you can level up by making subsequent purchases of the same ally or using an item or perk that will give them experience. Leveling up your allies will grant them stat bonuses and a new ability. You can gain synergetic bonuses by having a certain number of the same class of unit.
There are different weapons that serve different purposes and while any unit can equip any weapon, some weapons may make more sense on certain units. As your run progresses, weapons begin to have more effects. You can also pay gold to apply effects to weapons at the anvil.

I am so glad I found this gem of a game. At first I thought this was some nifty little tower defense flash game with some minor roguelike elements that would let me kill a few hours for a wee bit of fun. Unfortunately for me this game is a very well designed and balanced tower defense roguelike with far more gameplay beneath the outward surface. The game loop is still basic tower defense and gambling for some luck in getting the upgrades you need at the beginning, but with properly preparing a build you can end up getting so strong that most of your time emd up spent in the shop rather than the front lines. I love how so far all the builds I have tried could easily become stupid strong and no single one stands out as a must do to survive. The amount of different weapons and upgrades really make any asinine plans I come up with a viable strategy and I love that. The Wall Mustn't Fall is an amazing game and I highly recommend it if you enjoy theory craftings, roguelikes, and tower defense games.
This would be a really fun game . . . if it didn't crash virtually EVERY time I run it.
Meh. $5 for about 5 hours of fun. I'd pass

"Invest in ducc, for they will invest in stonks on your behalf. Believe in the ducc, for their expertise is unmatched. Defend the ducc, for the enemy fears advanced economics. Pet the ducc, for one who does not repay a ducc's kindness will find themselves unducced, locced, and financially stucc. Shelter and care for the ducc, for they are your salvation amidst this cursed land. Praise the ducc, for their great efforts are the blessing of the ducc above. Rotate the ducc, for a great boon can only be received after an appropriate show of orientative politeness. Worship the ducc, for they are your joy and hope." -The Duccing Bible "Salmon 80:7, Bite of." Record of lost passage recovered in year 22 D.C (Ducc Calendar).
