About The Wild Age
The Wild Age is a micromanagement strategy game with tower defense gameplay mechanics. The game is designed mainly for a peaceful and relaxed gaming experience that offers a break from the busy realities of life.

In the game, you take on the role of the new ruler, who is tasked with creating a new, fully independent settlement on several islands.
It is necessary to hire villagers and fulfill the main task for each island. However, it will not be easy, as every night enemy goblins attack your settlement, thus hindering your efforts. As a ruler, you can only give orders using a single raw currency in the game (coins). Your villagers carry out the tasks and their roles according to your decisions: repairing/constructing buildings, harvesting materials, hunting animals and guarding the walls.
Meeting the goal is not always easy and you have plenty of options to develop your strategy.
Completing main tasks in the main campaign will unlock special rewards for smoother passage throughout the game.

The Wild Age is inspired by the "Kingdom" game series, and we do not intend to keep this a secret. At first glance, it may be a mere conversion of the game into 3D, but the opposite is true.
From our point of view, it is as more about the evolution of a very interesting concept which deserves further development.
We want to offer players the similar gameplay but enriched with new features which we find interesting and beneficial for the game as a whole.

LOVE AND HATE IT AT THE SAME TIME! With the same energy, passion and footwork! Although I lukewarm recommend it (Steam needs a MEH! option); the original Kingdom frustrated me, and wasn't as successful with the 2 crowns coop (because I have no friends and playing with randoms wasn't the best experience) anyway "the wild age" is nice when I want to disconnect my brain; think this game was more of a demo for the programmer’s skills/buff his resume, rather than a love letter to the original kingdom! -a lot of empty areas that could have been used to be filled with "houses" to keep your citizens as your army grew, for the aesthetic value, -could have made a tavern to keep all the unemployed citizens inside, if you didn't want to get more archers, especially during winter when the farms are closed to reduce clutter/lag or just to fill the empty squares that don't spawn rabbits which tend to be an eyesore -the great barricades stay empty...allow us to garrison archers there - even if we don't see them, or make it that some get away when the barricade gets destroyed -barbarians/cultists took the place of the greed blobs from the original, I like their design but it's curious that the…1 found this helpful
Just a bad game for me
This classic is so beautiful, has such lovely music, and yet provides enough (low-stress) difficulty to be quite fun, while even allowing for a satisfying amount of progression!
Okay, this game is literally from the game Kingdom which came out before and with more features. The only thing I can see that is actually different, is the fact they didn't include knights to break the portals and swapped the perspective to 3D. However, the following shows the devs either didn't play their game long, or simply don't care. Bugs ____________ 1. Archers get increasingly louder the more you have (which is required to survive longer I was playing at 5% volume once my archer stack got to 50ish. 2. If your drop your crown quickly rip off your headphones because at 10% volume my eardrums are near destroyed from the sound, it's stupid loud you're actually hurting peoples hearing I'm not kidding. 3. Your mount if it lays down from you holding still for a while (shouldn't really happen often as you need to constantly be on the move) clips into the ground so your mounts legs are cut off and running around on stubs (horrific). 4. Your hunters (during the day archers swap to being hunters) will not roam the full length of trees you have cleared out. The best way to mitigate this is by spamming towers to help you not lose out on coins. 5.Cutters (loggers w/e) have delayed pathf…
It is basically Kingdom Two Crowns, just it isn't good. Also, I don't like that you can't assign your archers in which side to sent. It is a bit annoying to see Archers going from one side to another when you 'kingdom' is under attacked. It isn't worth paying 10e for this game. It is much better to play Kingdom Two Crowns.
Complete and utterly horrible ripoff of Kindom 2 Crowns, the only difference is that making enough coins to keep your base level upgraded enough to withstand enemy attacks beyond day 8 is all but impossible. Axemen don't cut trees fast enough to get enough meadow for rabbit spawning and farms make next to nothing so don't expect any fun challenge. Having to do the same level 10 times just to progress is not fun. Really disappointed that I can't refund
