About The World II: Hunting BOSS

Preparing your own team of heroes was one thing. Defeating giant monsters, making money, and running the whole thing is another.
It’s all up to you, team leader!

Your team is penniless and only one hero is part of it. Start from the bottom, collect heroes, level them up, fight enormous monsters, get gold, upgrade your gear, and reach the top of the food chain!
The more you build, the more heroes will become available to you, allowing for more diverse strategies to fight bosses!
You will meet face to face the meanest, baddest, and biggest bosses in gaming from the moment you enter the game, in 3D destructible arenas. No longer will you have to bother with small enemies and trek long hours to reach the raid bosses. Instant fun from the get-go!
  • 30 different missions
  • 8 giant monsters to fight
  • Fully destructible arenas
  • 3 different hero types
  • No normal monsters. Giant bosses EVERYWHERE!
  • Play as the monsters as well!

Advertises 80 different monsters, which may be true if renaming the same four monsters 20 times each can be called different. Note also the instructions are not in english, though the game is easy enough to grasp -- I would even argue it's fun -- fancy button-mashing boss-battles, one after the other? Some people are bound to find this more fun than I did -- and that's not being mean... I just like my video game fare more cerebral. That said, it seems like this game had many more features intended, but never got implemented -- evolving and upgrading your character? "COMING SOON!" (Indicated release date was December of last year for these features best as i can tell.) -- It's also implied there is supposed to be PvP battles, but nahh... though it is fun to fight against other heroes as well as bosses. Still... not enough there to hold my attention.

[ADDED] i'll still leave this as a + BUT the update broke the controller suppoert and now you can only move with a controller and are forced to use the keyboard to attack. for $2 or less on sale its still ok though i'm not happy about the crontrolls. its fun for a little bit and i'm sure works better as a tablet game and with the price i say its worth it. now it IS a tablet game so keep that in mind (it also seems to be a demo for that version). the battles are short and have time limits and the game lacks real depth. they used to have it listed that they had 100's of monsters to fight and since this was a lie you now see there are only 8 advertised the other 92 are reskins of these 8 and i don't think they even have different ai attacks patterns out side the 8 (color swap just adds hp). being a tablet game your to play fast paced battles. you start the game picking one of 3 characters but after clearing the 1st part of the game you'll have the other 2 in fights (you only control 1 and cant swap in fights) you can switch fighters before battles though. each have 1 attack and 2 power moves (a near attack and a ranged slash attack), along with a dash for dodging and that it. its fu…

I had a lot of fun playing this, which is why the episode is longer than usual: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qUi0jYlYCo0
