About TIMORE REMAKE
Official remake of the original Timore, that was released in 2014.
Mannequins, darkness, blood, loneliness and horror.
Timore Remake features atmospheric environment open for exploration with horrors, items, inventory, environment changes, weird progression puzzles, creepy sound design, nightmare and dream-like scenarios, the game built to make you creeped out.
Strange creatures are always stalking you, weird mannequins appearing out of nowhere and constantly looking at you as you try to progress in your path, various mannequins behave differently and the world itself keeps adding more and more horrors along the way.
While exploring, the game's inventory system allows you to collect items to find many new areas and uncover more horrors, surrealism and dark atmosphere of this place.
Gameplay: you get to explore abandoned locations where you'll find items that let you progress, for that you have your inventory where you keep the collected items and read more about them. Along the way the environment brings more horrors, creatures, atmosphere and even a few extra areas for you to explore where you can find additional creepy sequences including new enemies and scares. The main destination will lead you deeper into the dark hallways and horrors with new items to find and scary locations to explore.
The game is split into two environments: the first one lets you explore and navigate around it as things change and more paths open up, while the 2nd part of the game lets you dive deeper into horrors in a more linear path, constantly pushing you to new scares and atmosphere that keeps changing.
Completely remade game from the original Timore, new environments, additions and changes, new locations built and a lot more atmosphere as well as reworked scares.

TIMORE REMAKE is a short, free horror game where you wander through dark corridors full of mannequins, blood, and bad decisions while something unpleasant breathes down your neck. It’s a 2022 glow-up of a 2014 indie jumpscare classic, now with more atmosphere and slightly fancier ways to regret playing with headphones on. --- ### Pros * **Free to play** and over before your pizza gets cold—perfect “I want to suffer, but briefly” length. * Mannequins appear out of nowhere, follow you with their dead little heads, and occasionally rearrange themselves when you turn around like you’re in a haunted IKEA. * Classic walking-sim horror: explore abandoned places, grab keys and items, unlock new areas, and try not to scream loud enough for the neighbors. * Lots of environmental changes and surreal, dreamlike moments where the world subtly (or not-so-subtly) decides it hates you now. * Good creepy sound design: distant footsteps, sudden stingers, and that “something is behind me but I refuse to look” audio experience. --- ### Cons * The mannequins don’t technically move when you’re looking at them, but emotionally they do, and that’s worse. * Progression is “find item, use item, new ho…1 found this helpful
2.1 I guess this truly is a remake. It's a remake if they hired "That Guy" essentially. It's overall prettier and that does add to the atmosphere. Sound has improved a fair bit, but the gameplay or what's left after it's kind of been 'gutted' a little is really quite lacking. The signs albeit clunky in the original are afaik gone from this one, If I hadn't played the original I would be mostly lost and just guessing based on game design to go from one end to another. There's points in this remake where it just teleports you which is more annoying than it is unsettling. They removed a few of the jumpscares with the 'lady' figure which is kind of better as there were a lot. They've also afaik removed the pits with the hands that come out and also removed the red guys that chased you and provided gameplay elements. I don't think it's actually possible to die/lose now at all. The lil general guys do look kinda better for the most part and there's more variation. But part of their charm for me in the original was the back and front looked the same, so as they turned you couldn't really tell which way they were meant to be. I don't really recommend either but I'd say this one for a…
Love these games! Spooky good time. My gameplay here: https://youtu.be/GFYzr6FqLYA
As someone who came on to Vidas' games late, I really appreciate getting to play this for free. Thanks for the gift! Even if a remake it is really cool to experience earlier titles. what you see is what you get here, so if the visuals in the store page or jump scares aren't your thing this won't change your mind, but i've grown to really enjoy the unique vibe, aesthetic, and atmosphere these games bring to the table. recommended imho
I love the original from the early 2010s, and while this product isn't bad I cannot in good conscience recommend this after my experience with Timore Inferno being rather negative. but feel free to try it for yourself if you wish!
