This is essentially an indie horror classic at this point, so I had to see what was up. IMSCARED is a creative game that involves you thinking outside the box, and by that I mean outside the game at times. It is overall mechanically simple while also creating challenging puzzles that gave me a false sense of satisfaction, as if I actually know what I'm doing with computers. I'm not going to spoil anything major, but you need an internet connection and browser to get the full experience. Very cool, and even scary at times. I like the simplicity of the pixel art and when combined with some of the sounds, gave me a little chill up my spine for some sections. Although I just complimented the puzzles, I also feel like a couple of them were a little too obtuse. Also, I wasn't a fan of the requirements for the true ending. You had to unlock all of the achievements, some of which were hidden too well to have the ending locked behind them. I was not willing to play through everything again while hunting down the secrets. A game like this would get stale very quickly once everything is spoiled on a repeat playthrough. This game is unique and worth the short time that it takes to beat it.…
