Touring Karts is an energetic arcade-style kart racer that embraces chaos, accessibility, and multiplayer fun as its core identity. Developed and published by Ivanovich Games, the game clearly takes inspiration from classic kart racing staples while layering in its own personality through exaggerated tracks, unpredictable items, and a strong focus on competitive and cooperative play. Rather than aiming for realism or simulation depth, Touring Karts commits fully to fast-paced, over-the-top racing where anything can happen, making it a game that prioritizes excitement and variety over strict balance. At the heart of the experience is a broad selection of tracks and vehicles that give Touring Karts a surprising amount of content for an indie racer. The tracks are diverse in both visual style and layout, often drawing loose inspiration from real-world racing circuits while reimagining them with ramps, hazards, shortcuts, and playful set pieces. Each course feels designed to keep players on their toes, with environmental obstacles and sudden changes that can disrupt even the most confident lead. The karts themselves are highly customizable, allowing players to tweak their appearance a…1 found this helpful
Great ideas, with some really annoying flaws. This game should make it easy for people without VR experience to use it. Instead, this game doesn't properly recenter, so whenever you put down the headset, you basically need to restart the game because annoying manual recentering doesn't work in the menu for some reason. Joining a server is a nightmare, since the syncing is very inconsistent and if you try to join late, you'll get a black screen that forces you to restart the game. There is no local network discovery, meaning you need to reenter the game ID after 1-3 races. Really annoying for a party setup. And don't even get me started on the countless annoying popups that nobody wants to read. Tried once to organize a party with just 3 players. There was some fun for maybe 10mins, but the constant babysitting and having to redo the painfully slow setup every 30mins, just to break after a short time, was a huge headache and I won't do it again.1 found this helpful
Ya know, its a pretty good Go Kart racin' game yo >.> If you cant afford Mario Kart, this'll do just fine, you tell dem kids dat. Dis da Mario Kart we got at home~
Never ever buy this crap
If you want something like Mario Kart but not really, try this game out. It's good in short bursts. Not meant for long term play. It also has mobile mechanics (though not as grindy). Despite this game having cross multiplayer, the online is dead. It's not worth buying at full price, but if it's a deal or part of a bundle, it's not the worst game.
I'm thrilled, Great Game ! Huge veriety of cars, power-ups, tracks and customizations. Very fun to play solo and mp. Most importnatly, you can also play with keyboard\controller\wheel and include\desclude vr headset and vr controllers as you want.
