Worth it for a few hours of entertainment.

The core loop of building a self sustaining forest by chopping down trees and automating the process with workers is really well executed. It's easy to just zone out and watch your little lumberjacks clear the area while you manage the resources. The progression feels great as you purchase and stack upgrades for different types of trees like oak and maple. You get a real sense of exponential growth as your production speeds up over time. The inclusion of prestige mechanics and XP based perks ensures that every run feels meaningful and pushes your output even further. The seasonal changes and clean visual style add a nice touch to the whole experience. It's a fantastic, low stress game for anyone looking to unwind and watch their automated forestry empire grow at a steady pace.

TL;DR: Middle of the road kind of idle game, some badly explained upgrades and some slowdown near the end if you want to 100%. It's not bad, but you can also find better games out there. If you want to kill 2-3 hours then this game is probably fine. The start is a bit meh, the middle game is quite rewarding and the end is just a slow crawl towards the final prestige. The prestige upgrades are fairly well explained, except a few of them. Thunder cycle: What does 50% chance to strike lightning on all trees even mean. I now know there is a timer, but I didn't see it immediately after upgrading and just noticed random lightning. Lumber Override: Is this fundamentally broken? because it only worked once. What does "Pass 777 trees" even mean? Is it the first time I chop 777 trees? in that case it's an awful upgrade for something you get very late. Auto sprout and monsoon: How do these work together? Does it speed it up? Or is monsoon only for the tiny amount of time where you don't have the auto sprout upgrade but have access to monsoon? Seasons: I never really did much with them, I can't really tell if the trade offs are worth it. The only time I switched was to winter at the end …

Short but sweet incremental about farming and chopping trees. Relatively easy to complete, nice and relaxing. Prestiges feel rewarding especially toward the end. Pretty quick to completely 100% the game

A great game! I got 100% achievements in less than 4 hours. Perfectly paced. No cash shop to add power which I love. Well done, devs. Two thumbs up.

2h39m to beat the game and unlock every achievement, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I think you will too!
