About Urbex Night Security
Atmospheric slow-burn indie horror game.
It is a slow-burn story in a realistic environment with the atmosphere of abandoned places. It has few jumpscares but in the right place and time to fit in the story.
In 1996, a student begins working as a night guard at an abandoned factory which was built before the Second World War on the outskirts of Berlin.
Spending the night shifts alone, the player begins to uncover the dark history of the factory and the local legends that surround it.
Will be able to survive the confrontation with the darkness lurking within the walls of the old factory?
- atmosphere of urban exploring
- movie storytelling
- find out dark secrets of the old factory
- explore the realistic environment
- VHS style
- two endings
- unique and horryfying enemy representation
- atmosphere of the 80s/90s
- surprising jump scares

Lenght:
1,5 - 2,5 hours
The game is geared towards unique experience rather than length.
Saves:
Save system is in the form of chapters divided into smaller parts that unlock as you play.
Just like in the movie, you can go back to the interesting part of the story one more time.

BAD GAME DONT BUY IT3 found this helpful
The horror elements in this game were spot on, I just wish there were more of them! https://youtu.be/Sc41aWsV5TA1 found this helpful
I did both the bad and good ending in this game. Graphics are like an early version of unrecord. Ridiculously realistic, scary fun very good horror experience comparable to graveyard shift. Highly recommended definetly beating the next chapter when it releases
Developed by Reflective Surfaces, it is exactly as the game title says; you are a night guard in charge of a what seems a Chernobyl look a like power plant. The game features a slow burn kind of horror and I mean literally slow, as not much seems to happen in the first 30 minutes of gameplay...I guess, in the end, it's true to it's name. Graphics wise, the power plant seems extremely cool, although the character models need some work. The game runs pretty well, and it's priced extremely cheap. A recommendation, since I've played far worse, for far more money. If you want to check how it runs on Steam Deck, just press the link below: https://youtu.be/ZpLkzLyWNMM

Game is gorgeous, soundscape is fantastic. Story has been fun to watch develop - Mechanics are easy to learn and enjoyable. I haven't beaten it yet, I'm currently on night 3 at the time of writing this. I recommend this game as it is very entertaining and a MORE than reasonable price comparatively in this genre. The only negatives are there are several translation errors that sort of break immersion, but no too bad. And a few mechanical errors that *May* break a playthrough, such as getting stuck. I do have to say that this game released in early access and is less buggy than any AAA title released this year. I'm now a supporter of this dev and can't wait to see what they make in the future. *****EDIT 2 years later I have to change my review to not recommended. Loved this game, it had potential, but the dev has abandoned it. I've reached out to them via email as well and just radio silence. Really sad to see, but don't waste your money on this. Come see me play it in episodes broken down into days here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-20l4Y--hk
