This is a very great app. I don't use it for studying, but it is great for just sitting down to crochet/knit/write/draw. Aka creative? yeah. As aposed to the original Virtual cottage, there is much more customizability in not only sounds, but as well a the character, and your home areas. The other 'outside' places you're not able to customize. and you are able to add in your own music files. I can't remember if it happens in one, but if you are up late (even if you just woke up) there will be a little ghost that appares and tell you to take care of yourself (its cute lol) There is a calendar that you can add in notes, when you complete task it will show up in the calendar, there is also a section for habits as well. It's all around adorable and if they are planning to make a third iteration of this, I'm here for it, if not, still right here3 found this helpful
Really great for studying. I use it all the time and it is the perfect mix of helpful while not being too much. It has every feature I would want in a tool/game like this.

First todo list app I actually use. Because it has just so so much more than just the todo list. It has everything a busy mind needs for working. I really feel like the creators try to support you in whatever you need to do. Just for the sake of it.

TL;DR: It's more Virtual Cottage. It's perfect at this point. If you want a productivity app that is actually assistive and not at all distracting, buy this. The vibes are immaculate in the cottage. The original Virtual Cottage wasn't just a nice little novelty for me, it was the first "cozy cottage" productivity app I've ever used, and it was the most effective. None of the other "cozy cottage/room" applications I used were as effective. They had more features, yes, but they were also distracting, often interrupting my focus sessions with notifications, loud customization options that seemed more concerned at making you look at them than to actually allow you to express yourself silently. That sort of thing can work for others, I'm sure, but it didn't work for me. The discreet nature of the original Virtual Cottage is the reason why I racked up 1100+ hours on it. Now, I have Virtual Cottage 2, and goodness, what an upgrade this is. It manages to still be an effective productivity app while adding everything that was lacking from the first Virtual Cottage.
