I've been a fan of Blue Turtle's music uploads on Youtube and have been playing them in the background as I did my tasks. Imagine finding out that they have a game for it! I've accrued quite a few of these co-working type games or applications but none quite made me feel as productive, engaged, and feeling consistent as this one. Do take note that I am a fan of RenFaires and medieval-themed things! Hence, it comes down to preference. If you share mine, then I highly recommend Magic Studies! *(੭*ˊᵕˋ)੭*ଘ3 found this helpful

Very soothing.
Blue Turtle's videos helped me get through some mind-numbing shifts at my CS job, so purchasing this is the least I can do to say thanks. Despite the name, this app won't magically make you more productive. Though, it has some tools that may help you stay focused and a bit more organised: to-do lists, timers and a daily journal, to name a few. The music is also great, with several themed playlists to set the mood, but you can play your own if you prefer. The best part of this app though is the art that lets my eyes rest in between sessions of staring at text editors and spreadsheets. You have plenty of landscapes and scenes to choose from, or you can stay in the customizable study and edit it to your liking.
Really do wish I could add a "maybe" rather than a yes/no. As it stands, the game needs more controls for its travel system (For example, simply staying on one screen), and more immediate mute options wouldn't go amiss. Finally, a more detailed checklist system would be grand.
