Bought and played this out of sheer spite because of the absurdly stupid review left by the absolute decimal point Obey the Fist. First, this is not a Sokoban game, something you'd know if you bothered to look it up for 1/6th of a second. That is a game about moving boxes. This is a game about solving how to moving through a room. Different mechanics. Also, no gravity? Did you, idk, notice the mechanic where you FALL DOWN you subtractable little integer? Do you know what a game engine is? You don't do you. Because when you say, "the developers neglected to mention most of the work was done with Godot" you are admitting you have no clue what an engine is. Engines deal with the low level part of game development, the stuff literally all games use. Like loading graphics and handling user input. Also, they neglect to mention? You mean....like...how the Godot logo is literally the first thing you see when you start the game? "obsolete, decades old retro pixel 'art'" MY GUY, YOU CAN SEE IT. THERE ARE SCREENSHOTS. This is a funny simple puzzle platformer that suits playing it mobile, because it would have been a great GameBoy game. Get your SteamDeck ready for this. It's basically a turn-based jump & run in which you can carefully plan every move instead of just hoping for the best. I have some criticial feedback: Some mechanics are not as clear as they should. You mostly have to figure the mechanics of the different blocks and jumps out yourself. There are some hints, but for it wasn't enough. I learned most of it by trial & error. Also the level progression is weird. Quiet early there are pretty difficult missions followed by super easy missions. You can set the fps limiter to anything in the settings, even 233 fps. I think for this game this is so much noch necessary, especially because you increment and decrement the setting by 1 everytime you change it in the settings. I would suggest to set it to 30, 60 and 120, Unlimited. Thats more than enough. Especially on sale this game has a lot of value.4 found this helpful
Do not buy this game expecting a platformer. It's a turn based tile based puzzle game that happens to incorporate simple gravity and jumping. It's all right.3 found this helpful
100% recommend. To me, the sign of a great puzzle game is despite the last few levels being very challenging, they aren't the hardest as you've learned the feel of the game and new mechanics fit neatly into your understanding of the game. 10/10!2 found this helpful
