About Wacktory
Wacktory™ is a new take on cooperative gameplay that pushes the limits of both Virtual Reality and traditional couch co-op. The player in VR will take on the role of factory foreman and will work alongside two players outside VR to fill orders, make cubes, and complete trucks, all while trying to beat the clock!
When the trucks roll in, there is only so much time before they leave again, so organization and communication is key! The two players outside VR will take on the role of factory robots, helping to fill orders. These robots can pick up crates, box cubes, move items and help get things organized. The player in VR will be in charge of distributing and smashing open crates, and preparing boxes for delivery.
In Wacktory, player's aren't just waiting for their turn in VR anymore.

"Wacktory" is one of literally thousands of student projects infesting Steam. It's from UCSC Games in California. This is the result of an academic exercise for students. It's not a full, complete game in the way professionally developed products are. While it has more quality than most amateur games, it's not a complete gaming experience. Student projects have limited value for gamers because they're not fully developed games, just barely functional demos that show the students progress. Steam is not a place for for-profit colleges to dump student homework assignments... and having thousands of these is not good for gamers. The students made a complex 3 player co-op game where one person puts on a VR helmet and the other two don't. The person with the hat on directs the other two players to do menial box moving labour based on orders that they get in their VR helmet. Yes, this isn't really a great idea at all, which is part of the reason it failed on Steam Direct. On the important subject of visuals, this features fairly low quality stylised/cartoony low poly 3D graphics. This game sucks. When you are in VR you cant move so constantly stuck trying to awkwardly grab things through real walls. 1/10
