Ward X

As a fan of horror, I really enjoyed this game. Appreciate the work done in building a creepy atmosphere, using the monster, sounds, and the jump scares here and there. I like the graphics, and lastly which I mostly appreciate is the mechanism of the game, it's top notch. I'd recommend it for anybody who's looking for a really fun and tense playthrough of a horror & full of puzzles game.

I'd give this 4/5 for what it is. It's a simple short game with jumpscares and easy puzzles. Took me 95 minutes to finish and that included a long pause to cook breakfast and wash dishes. Cannot remap any keys. I didn't need a "lean" button and hated that e/q was locked to lean and not interact. Can't turn off the music. As someone who listens to podcasts when I play, I NEVER want to keep music on and in this game you can't turn it off or lower volume. Sometimes I got motion blur. Was annoying but not game breaking. Includes 2 floors of hospital and parking lot. There was some redundancy...going back and forth to locations... try door a, its locked. Open door b, walk in find key. Go back to door a. I'm assuming this was a 1/2 man project and it does show but I also don't feel like my $2 was wasted. If I paid $10 for it, I would have lowered my score and refunded.
