This game is pretty fun. We are essentially tasked with navigatin' 50 floors of a ward all while lookin out for codes to elevate to the next floor. All of this to earn our freedom. Solid game for the price tag. Gameplay Impressions: https://youtu.be/i9f94oSA-yo

It took me a little over an hour to make it through the 50 floors. Every 9 floors is roughly the same layout with some variation to monsters, lighting, and building condition. Every 10th floor has a unique challenge or gimmick to it. Once you learn all of the locations that codes spawn at, you can start to try to speed run floors. Some replay value in trying to speed run the whole thing or focus on a deathless run. I had a good time learning the mechanics of all the different monsters. I think people who are into SCPs will like them. Bob is by far the creepiest one for me. Not too hard to learn all of the mechanics, but I still found myself getting careless and dying a fair few times, especially when rushing. I would like to see some more variety in monsters get added later.

The Cursed Ward is a fun, find-the-code game in which we have to explore a hospital ward and find the code required to move the elevator to the next level. The codes are generally found in various different places, including clipboards, written in blood on the walls and played over audio from telephone loudspeakers. But while we are looking for the codes, we also have to avoid the various anomalies that inhabit the floor. These vary from harmless jelly blobs to rolling boulders, to Bob... a concrete statue that only remains still when you're looking at him. There's 50 floors in the full game to traverse, each 10th floor acting as a kind of extra challenge area. Each run is timed, and your deaths are counted, meaning there's replay value and potential community challenges to be had if you fancy trying to compete against others. The game ramps up the pressure quite well in the later stages and when you're hit with certain combinations of anomalies to avoid, it can really make the floors quite challenging. I had no performance issues whatsoever, the game ran perfectly fine at 1440p (there was no option for 2160p) on the high preset on my system, plus there are two higher graphical…
