will update the review more later when i can and as it updates but as it stands it is a bitterly biting and scathingly dark satire of a post apocalypse that is both cute and critical of classical capitalist advertising in its presentation which is cleverly matched against a sharp yet crude sense of humor. the style of everythings western influence but totally trashed environmentally destroyed for explicitly more interesting and non nuclear reasons than fallout; at this point, the story is shaping up to be an even more thoughtfully sharp commentary than any of the more recently bethesda produced fallout games. the dialogue is good, and all of the ui and mechanics are very smooth with what is here right now. focusing on moment to moment environmental storytelling through active combative gameplay and lighter rpg mechanics to make the center the storys flow with detailed branching progression. the combat, while simple, is fun and the looting also feels good. all of the rpg mechanics that are here are directly in service of making bigger story decisions or having a more direct influence over the moment to moment story and gameplay by making it have a micro focus. its a fun and very w…

this game is exactly as advertised. it def feels like a "lite" version of 3D Fallout with trailer park boys esque quotes being half the dialogue. for the price its definitely fair at least for me in US. biggest thing that I don't think I noticed others point out the lockpicking is huge selling point as its familiar/similar to fallout's lockpicking but different enough that you can tell thought and heart went into trying to make this good. I know thats a lot to say about a stupid lockpicking minigame but so many games just reuse or copy fallout's and this one at least tries something different. I noticed other reviews pointing out the difficulty and I personally think it adds to the game instead of making it feel unpolished. I don't think it should change much maybe make the enemies a bit less accurate since they nail more shots than fallout raiders lol.

Amazing game for the price, lots of fun. Hope it catches on so the developer can keep on adding content.

I most certainly enjoy where this is going, it does gives off FO1 vibes.

Need ultrawide/super ultrawide monitor support. Chat UI gets hidden behind health and items and you can't progress.

pretty cool game, specially for the price, the mechanics seem good enough, just needs small changes like adding a mouse sensibility slider for scope aiming, or make it use the same one you can currently set, maybe add a sign for workbenches? never found one so i never crafted anything, not that i needed to.
