the game is fun at first but after you do a good chunk of the quest and move onto the "endgame content" you realize how little there is to do there's also the issue that every "major" update is just empty and has absolutely ZERO things to do after a boring and seemingly unfinished questline that last barely an hour (im looking at you skyline valley and burning springs) we get an update every 3 months and its just recycled content that doesnt give you anything new to do its always just "go here, kill these guys for legendary loot" infact the most recent update "infestations" is just a recycled head hunt event but with higher tear loot before that was the backyard update which was just a rework for public events and it added bigfoot WHICH IS LITERALLY JUST A RESKIN OF THE SUPER MUTANT BEHOMOTH no new attacks either just a massive damage sponge they also have promised to finish the questlines for skyline valley, burning springs and atlantic city but never did, and there aint been a new raid in 2 years we got a single one then they stopped after saying they would add more so at this moment, NO i dont recommend this game for anyone looking to play past the all the ques…2 found this helpful
Nothing but dropped server connections, game crashes, higher rewards for players that pay more into the game, bugs everywhere unable collect DNA for scorch beast side quest. Do damage to any enemy, to loot body that is empty with no reward, wasted ammo on bigfoot, when he get low in health he disappears back to the forest. Watch youtube streams to show every point i just made. Constantly nerfing guns because players get smarter than the developers on how to make guns "too powerful"..
More Fallout Good
In spite of some early problems with my NVidia card, the game itself has been a pleasant surprise. To be honest, however, I am typing this comment in the early stages of the games, so caveat emptor.
Owned this since release - I did NOT receive it for free, I bought it on the Bethesda store before it was ported to steam. They did some really good work since it's terrible release, and the game feels full now. Lots of content. The only thing that completely ruins this game for me is the inventory. (Or lack thereof).. If you don't pay the ridiculously priced Fallout First subscription, then the game is just a tedious inventory management simulator.. They annoy you into paying money to enjoy the game. For this reason alone, I can't recommend.
Still lame, go make ES6
