nostalgic
I bought the game for the nostalgia of sitting together on a couch and beat your friends up in local multiplayer. But Wee Tanks fails to deliver this experience. When we booted up the game the menu was unclear on where to find what we were looking for ... but after 2minutes we understood that the game modes are spread out everywhere in different sub-menus. "Okay cool, then we just need to open all of them up and see what they are used for, right?". So we opened almost all of them: - Limited Special XYZ Campaign - Classic Campaign - Legacy Campaign - Survival Mode (locked! needs level 10 first) - Map Editor - Map Editor Campaign - Tanky Town - Online Multiplayer There clearly is nothing that yells "Local Multiplayer, beat your friends in FFA or TDM" ... or am I blind? :') And sadly, none of the modes explains what they are about. We opened the "Limited Special XYZ Campaign", picked 4 tanks, and spawned -> Lets go ... but wait ... what's our goal? Does not look like TDM ... hmmm ... let's try another mode ... spawned in again, didn't understand what to do ... hmm. After a few tries we just came to the conclusion, that we probably need to create a custom map with the map editor first,…
DOESNT SUPPORT MY ASPECT RATIO THEREFORE PLAYING WAS DIFFICULT DUE TO BEING UNABLE TO SEE THE FAR LEFT AND RIGHT SIDES OF THE MAP AND BUTTONS IM USING A DELL LCD MONITOR SO IT MAKES ZERO SENSE WHY IT WOULDNT BE INCLUDED.
