Who Stole My Beard?

Funny game with loads of bugs (and the last update even broke quests): I have accidentally skipped a large chunk of main questline ([spoiler]Jumped from "get into Natalie's house" to "talk to the professor"[/spoiler]) just by talking to people in the Town Hall. Also, you can't get a number of beards(Chin Strip, Extended Goatee, Soul Patch, Van ♥♥♥♥, Circle) legally, which breaks a number of quests. Will still recommend, hoping that the devs will fix the game eventually.

Who Stole My Beard? is a delightfully strange detective adventure that takes a ridiculous premise and develops it into a surprisingly substantial journey. Created and published by Cleardot Games, the game takes place in Beardsville, a community where possessing a beard is more than a fashion choice because local law requires every citizen to have one. The protagonist wakes one morning to discover that their beard has mysteriously vanished, forcing them and their loyal dog Leo to investigate the crime before the town's annual Beard Festival. What initially sounds like a single comedy gag quickly expands into a mystery involving suspicious residents, hidden information, community problems, conspiracies, and increasingly bizarre discoveries. Exploration is an important part of the experience. Beardsville contains numerous locations, including residential neighborhoods, a university, museum, park, city hall, and industrial districts. Don't spend your time on this game. It has bugs that prevent you from acquiring certain beards, meaning you cannot complete it without workarounds and you can never 100% it. The game also has plenty of other bugs, issues, and annoyances. [h2]Bugs[/h2] 1) You can't get some of the beards, blocking normal progression. One of these beards is the Van Dy ke beard. Good game but you need patience to play it. It keeps freezing and that makes you have to shut down the game and restart at your last save.
