About Wired Gambit

In Wired Gambit, you and Smuggy take turns cutting wires on a bomb. Only one wire triggers the explosion, and your goal is to avoid it. Use your items to gain shields, test wires, double the bomb's damage, skip turns, or even cut a wire let Smuggy face the consequences!

Outsmart Smuggy with cunning tactics and manage your resources to survive this high-stakes challenge!

The game features a basic Standard Mode, which unlocks 8 Challenge Modes and an Endless Mode upon first completion.

In Endless Mode, complete as many rounds as possible, but beware—if you don't claim your score and end up perishing, it will be lost!
Every new round is a chance to either increase your score, or lose it all!

Incredible game and concept!! Its a fun challenge for those who like strategy and predicting the next move with a touch of random chance that encourages you to think of the next step and the many ways it could change up on you. I loved the style it was really well made :) For a solo game dev your work is very well done and it deserves a lot of praise! :)

An interesting take on the russian roulette style of game. (with some buckshot roulette mixed in as far as the items look to me anyway) You take turns picking wires and you can use items to give you a better idea of which one is the trigger wire for the explosion. I'm sure the bots just picking at random like I am but man do I get some unlucky games. He gets detectors. I get bombs and a 50 50 shot at blowing myself up or going to another round. The only item that truly gives a good advantage is the conveyor hack because if you know which wire is going to blow up you can cut it and punt it back. All in all. A good time waster just like buckshot but it does feel like games can be a bit lengthy.

Like Buckshot Roulette, this game is one of gambling and luck. While I haven't beaten the classic mode yet, I hope that soon I can and unlock the challenges.

Honestly? Not bad as a first game! Wired Gambit is a play on the infamous Buckshot Roulette. Did you find BR too easy? The dealer too stupid? Items too generous? Wired Gambit offers you a challenge, in light of this. Mind you, this "challenge" largely comes from the abundance of luck that you'll need in order to complete even the base-game. The item pool is in need of a *massive* update, and the time it takes to complete a round needs to somehow be condensed to about half of the time. Despite this, I enjoy this game. It's charming, and despite its similarity to BR, has something new to offer the player. Lastly, the challenge modes are surprisingly riveting! Easily, they're my favourite part of the game. Excited to see what more you have in store, mate!
