This game feels like an exercise to learn development, like a pre-alpha version. I understand people that wants to make their own Vampire-survivors clone, but this feel not even as a clone, but an exercise to learn basics to do the clone later. I will list some points that I think could improve it , starting with one element that made me angry instead of just thinking that something needs improvement. 1- Enemies spawn in your face. In one of the runs I got an enemy spawn just on top on my character as soon as the game started. All my deaths were without knowing what happened which is frustrating, an enemy just spawned on top of me and killed my character. That feels frustrating and doesn't let people think in next runs if they get better they can survive longer, cause no matter how good you are , if an enemy spawns on top of you you are dead. They should spawn far away, or even better, out of the screen and let them walk to you . And if they spawn in the screen but far I would put an animation so they do not simply appear. 2 - Now to things that can improve but are not frustrations, Music does not match the theme of the game, and in some cases it just stops , do not know if the so…1 found this helpful
There is a lot to say about Wizard Blaster. The game might show promise here and there, but there are many areas for improvement which is still understandable if one is a solo dev and it is a first project still. "Ranger" Class Feedback The Character self its hitbox with enemy ranged attacks feels off- There where times where I completely dodge an arrow but it still hit me regardless. The hit box of the "Ranger" feels to big -i might be wrong and it might had been me not seeing projectiles. The Ranger normal attack speed is also slow and could really use a buff, prehaps adding some sort of piercing damage would balance it out *And yes I do know it is a survivor game and it suppose to pick up with speed but the Wizard already starts with insane attack speed + AOE dmg the Ranger falls off completely. Wizard Class Feedback The Wizard as said attack speed is fast from start and has a large-ish AOE with each fireball, so I am not sure if it was intended to be since the AOE can only get a mob to about 1% hp then it wont damage them if it was intended why not make the AOE smaller with the first few updares and extend it more the higher levels and allow kills from the AOE. Seems pretty poor. No strategic upgrades, and I really think it is cheating to have monsters spawn inside me. I also died with full health, and no monsters near me, why? All in all, a very bad version of what should be a very easy genre.1 found this helpful
Fun little game, you're limited to 10 minutes per round to see how many kills/coins you can amass. Honestly, it was good fun. If you enjoy "Vampire Survivors" then you would enjoy this one. If you have a random 30 minutes to play here and there, you wanna dig in and give it a chance! Hope to see more updates as we go and maybe some achievements too?1 found this helpful
Awesome, fun little game. Super addictive. The latest updates really give it some more dynamic gameplay. Def worth checking out
This game is actually so fun lol, blasting everything with spells is awesome. I keep playing just to see what crazy build I get next.
