Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers
You can watch my review & full gameplay here: https://youtu.be/aGqKATszdXQ Here is a list of 10 bugs I experienced during my gameplay: 1. Game-breaking bug: When I reach the 3rd locked door and unlock it. I get a prompt to enter the teleporter. I did this 3 different times and each time I would be teleported out into space, without being able to move. The good news is that you can kill yourself (Seppuku). This bug means I only experienced about 15 minutes total of gameplay before game stops working. 2. Near Game-breaking-bug: Similar to the above, when I clicked on "How to Play" in the main menu starting area, I got teleported out into space. However, this time I was able to move and somehow make my way back inside the space station by clipping through walls. 3. Clipping through walls & almost every object. 4. Slide locomotion stops working almost immediately after the main menu area. Just randomly stops working throughout. 5. Falling through floor: Using slide locomotion, when it worked, usually lead to going below the floor and then popping back up. 6. Avatar body not aligned properly. Great little sci fi first person shooter with randomly generated levels and monster encounters. Imagine a rogue like dungeon crawler with an Aliens type atmosphere and escalating gun combat. It's early, but what's there is already very addictive and playable. Some parts need a little more work though: the experience system only has one level and doesn't do much except unlock new guns. And some rooms have a lower floor that don't go anywhere, but are good for stringing out the murder-bots. No jump scares, thankfully. Just don't expect a Jane Austen novel - being pincered by two enemy parties is seriously intense. I like the default pistol. It's accurate and meaty to shoot. It's almost too good and I don't feel the urge to upgrade. This is an almost unknown diamond in the rough and, given the lack of longevity in most V.R. games, is well worth the download. Also, the music makes me feel like I'm at Deacon Frost's vampire rave!5 found this helpful
Overall, this isn't a bad start. Definitely early access, tho. Some issues: -Endless corridors, not much separation and it's easy to get completely lost. Needs more variety badly. -The belt/holster is way too far out front which means that you are accidently holstering your weapon in a firefight. -There's a blot in front of your eyes that is supposed to be a "helmet lamp" but it really messes with your site. A "light" is supposed to show on the walls in front of you, not be a round splotch in your hud that interferes with your vision! They need to get rid of that splotch and move that holsters back out of the way! Let me know if those two get fixed and I'd be happy to change my rating! The corridors need variety and it needs more content: sounds like early access to me! :D but please fix those two other things!3 found this helpful
Very solid game at this price! There a few things here and there to improve but still very enjoyable experience. Give it a try, glad that I did.2 found this helpful
I play quite a bit of VR shooters and this just made me ill - as in I couldn't play super long like in my main VR shooters. Takes super long to get any good guns and it just hits me as yet another wave shooter. Save your dosh, or pick up a better known title. Still, it's got potential. Hoping to see more in the future.1 found this helpful
sucks sucks sucks x100 really2 regret purchasing this. even for $2 this is not even worth it. seems like after 5 mins u're not in the center anymore. and steamvr always failed to recenter u in the game. locomotion not working right, lots of time I got fall down suddenly, and just spawn in the top and fall to the center, not to mention lots of times cannot go to the right places like hitting the wall. teleporting is not working good too. lots of time I teleport too high or too low or even out of space cannot found how to buy new weapons in the store. it closes after a little time too, so as the control is not that obvious, this is really2 annoying the gameplay is not half as good as in the trailer video. avoid this. this is really2 early access. this should have been free demo instead of asking to pay
