YamaYama is a whacky party game where you complete all sorts of mini-games to collect points on your path to victory. Most of the game modes utilise the FatSuit mechanic, where characters blow out and push other players away. It is made with easy-to-learn controls, so you can play with both video game veterans and newbies.

Decent Idea but every game is the same: 1) dash for speed 2) "fatsuit" to punch people away. There's keep away, king of the castle, and a few others, but outside of that it just repeats over and over. Once you do about 5 games you've played the entire 'variety' and are now repeating. :(1 found this helpful

What a delightfully weird game. The world needs more YamaYama!
Delicious. As others have mentioned, the fatsuit mechanic is novel, but it wears out pretty quick. The art style and kookiness of this game drew me in, and the minigames are pretty fun- although the main menu was pretty confusing when I tried to create a local lobby.. I doubt the developers are going to return to this game since they haven't done much with it since early access, but a guy can dream.
EARLY ACCESS REVIEW The twisted, weird uncle of Mario Party, YamaYama is the wacky party game on Steam that you have been looking for. All the great minigames with a surreal visual design you haven't seen before. On visual design alone YamaYama is worth your time. Each game puts an interesting twist on a familiar minigame, and controls are simple. YamaYama even has a kid friendly mode that removes environmental dangers on the playfields. For a night of co-op couch gaming, YamaYama goes great with Thief Town, 8Bit Fiesta, Ultimate Chicken Horse, and the Jackbox Party Games. Other than using the left stick, there are only two buttons, so it's easy for anyone to grasp the gameplay mechanics. Now has online multiplayer!
