About Yield! Fall of Rome

The year is 401 AD, spring is in the air as the sun is slowly setting. What seems like a completely normal night by the river of the Rhine is turning out to be the beginning of the end for the world's longest lasting empire!

Yield! Fall of Rome is a turn-based 4X strategy game with fast-paced tactical gameplay set in the time of the imminent fall of the Roman Empire. Conquer provinces, expand your dominion, and immerse yourself in the drama of ancient Rome’s final days.

Forge Your Empire - Rewrite History!

The once mighty Roman Empire struggles to govern its vast realm. It is up to you to take advantage and lead your nation into the future.
 • Take command of one of eight playable factions - each with unique units, buildings, strengths and weaknesses.
 • Individual Campaigns for each faction- achieve long term objectives over multiple missions.
 • Advance your faction’s society according to the policies you choose - will you adapt Roman culture or keep the traditional ways?

Strategize, Conquer, Triumph!

Your strategic choices will determine your fate. Every move counts, and every choice echoes through history. Victory awaits those who choose wisely. Will you build an empire or crumble like ancient ruins?
 • Focused 4X experience - explore, expand, exploit, exterminate.
 • Gameplay designed to focus on tactics - outwit your opponents in matches won't take all day.
 • Decide how to deal with the Roman presence on the map and outmaneuver your competitors - will you choose trade or conquest?
 • Fulfill a variety of objectives to earn Crowns - the first player to reach the set amount of Crowns wins the match!

The Thrill Of Fresh Conquest Awaits!

Conquer provinces, expand your dominion, and immerse yourself in the drama of ancient Rome. Whether you focus on the grand scheme or individual battles - each mission, a fresh saga; each campaign, a new epic.
 • Campaigns: A string of solo challenges with overspanning objectives.
 • Multiplayer: Compete with other players in ranked and unranked matches.
 • Seasons: Aim for the top spots on the leaderboard and in additional dynamically generated Campaigns.
 • Custom games: Adjust the game to your liking - weight win conditions differently or even turn some of them off completely; give the Romans weaker or stronger presence; choose the map size from tiny to epic and decide for classic map borders or cylindrical wrapping.
 • You don’t have the time?: play by cloud and give each player up to 24 hours to make their turn.

I Love The Game. It is one of my top 5 4x Strategy Game. 1.The Game Mechanics are simple and easy to understand 2. Lovely Art Design 3. It Respect My Time and doesn't take a week to finish a single campaign like some Civilization games!

처음에는 눌러지다가 중간부터 엑박 컨트롤러 인식 안되서 환불했다가 다시 샀는데 되다가 또 다시 안됨 이제 환불기간 지남, 중간부터 실행이 안되는데 환불이 안됨 딱히 키보드 마우스로 할생각 별로 없음, 하게 되면 억지로 할듯 chatgpt translation At first, the game worked with my Xbox controller, but partway through, it suddenly stopped recognizing it. I refunded the game and later bought it again. It worked for a while, but then the same problem happened again. Now the refund period has expired, even though the game stopped working properly partway through, so I can no longer get a refund. I am not particularly interested in playing it with a keyboard and mouse. If I do continue playing, it will feel like I am forcing myself to do so.

It's not a bad game. Does what it sets out to do, which is to give a Civ-flavored experience that can be played in one sitting. Runs okay on my potato of a 2019 iMac (once I managed to fight my way into the settings to lower the graphics level). Unfortunately, it's started feeling repetitive pretty quickly. Two main issues: 1. The differences between the different civilizations are pretty subtle. I wish that each civilization had different "policy" options to choose from as it unlocked achievements, so that they'd become more distinctive as the player advances, rather than all having the same policy options. 2. The random map generator has only a few settings: number of opponents, extent of Roman presence, map size, amount of water, win conditions. And the "campaigns" are just sequences of configurations for the random map generator. I wish that the campaigns offered handmade maps based on real-world geography, or at least that there were tools that let players create and share such maps.

bug, bug, bug, another bug and maybe another one, the game is a total bug for multiplayer, you cant really enjoy it while you are not able to move your pieces because of the infinite turn.
