Lowkey it’s a fun game, I just grinded all night long and made around 480 thousand dollars and had a GT r35 build going….. I signed back in and my car is gone and all of my money as well….. I’d appreciate being compensated for this error considering I spent 25$ on this game. All that hard work just completely gone… ridiculous

I bought this because I've always been obsessed with drifting since I was a kid. Grew up on all the Need for Speed games since Underground 2 and played all of them all the way through up to NFS Heat. I fell head over heels with forza motorsport 4 for it's realism in 2011 and have played the absolute dog sh*t out of every forza since (Horizon series included - because free roam). I'll do the story/career mode of any racing game but ultimately I'm only there to build drift cars, go sideways, and free roam when offered. This game scratches that itch better than anything else I've touched across 20+ years of playing all sorts of racing games. The customization is fantastic, the cars feel and look phenomenal. I love that the career mode feels like you're actually competing in a Formula Drift event rather than a one off drift event like in Need for Speed or GRID or whatever else comes to your mind. The free roam is good, but the map could live to have a few more roads. The AI is awful. I mean AWFUL. The scoring feels unfair more often than not. Opponents laying down sloppy runs for 90+ while getting a 63 for a run that has you feeling like you just laid down a solid 97. AI drivers causin…

If I could give this a maybe review I would, its a huge step up from previous games but definitely not without its faults. You get thrown in with no guidance on how the menus work and into a fairly annoying drift "school". The physics feel decent on controller but not great on my R5, maybe with some tweaks I could get it feeling better. The career mode is frustrating. Random points deductions for seemingly no reason and almost unchaseable lead lines that end up scoring really high. Overall I'd recommend picking it up but being aware its still an early access game.

It’s an interesting game, especially considering it’s in Early Access. However, the intercooler being too small and the inability to remove the spoiler included with the aero parts are disappointing aspects.

used to play the car x games on mobile then bought carx street didnt enjoy it but bought car x drift racing online 2 and genuinly enjoying the game
