✦ AI summary

Minecraft Dungeons II offers fun couch co-op gameplay and diverse build variety, but players report significant frustrations with bugs affecting artifact stacking and key quests, short campaign length around 9 hours, and a lack of hero progression matching the first game. The game is buggy but enjoyable, though mouse controls are poorly implemented and the increased price compared to the original may not feel justified given the issues and limited depth, making it best suited for those seeking a casual experience or fans willing to overlook its rough edges.

I loved MD1 because my kids and I were able to make our own heroes. In order for me to stay on level with my kids' heroes, I would do solo runs while they're sleeping. How did they not do this for MD2!!!! THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING!

Lowk fun in couch co op But - Very buggy when stacking buff artifacts, they become unusable sometimes and force you to reset - Very buggy regarding key quests, falling off when holding a key has like a 35% chance of bricking the quest - So much fetch and key quests towards the last half of the game - Easy to make a super build to just face tank everything and blow through the entire game, even sub optimally just equipping the highest grade items you think look cool you are a super knockback glass cannon and can only die to bosses - Short, I beat it in 9 hours while still doing like 65% of the side quests - Mouse controls are Horrible, Controller is 3x better The listed above made me very Annoyed 30% of the time playing and compared to the first game with the increase in price Maybe not worth it for most people

The game is super fun with being able to make many differnt builds for each time you would play it But do play with any controller

Still Minecraft Dungeons and has the potential to be more based on the last game. Still early days for it to be as polished as it ended for Minecraft Dungeons 1. A good palette cleanser for some looking for a more chill experience but not enough depth for the open world side when it comes to questing and challenge. If you have never played the game at all then there is no harm giving it a go!
