A fast-paced party platformer taking simple gameplay and creating nail-biting challenges from it. [hr][/hr] Spitlings tasks you and up to three friends with beating a series of short bullet hell levels, each taking up a single screen and containing a number of bouncing balls which will kill you in a single touch. Completing a level requires you to destroy all of these balls, which you can do by hitting them with your spit, i.e. a physics-controlled projectile. Balls come in different sizes, with larger ones splitting into multiple smaller balls upon being destroyed, requiring strategic thinking in order to prevent a flood of balls from overwhelming you. Dying resets the current level you’re in, which happens basically instantly and is rarely too frustrating, given the short length of levels. Multiplayer tends to make things a bit more difficult, as a single player dying will reset the level, making coordination and teamwork essential in order to succeed. You can spit either above or below your character, with the latter option giving the additional benefit of propelling your character upwards, thus improving your limited move set, which otherwise only allows moving left or right…

Nice little couch coop gem. Reminds me of Pico Park, and has the aesthetics of Inversus.

Amazingly frustrating game that will make you swear A LOT! My friends told me that if I get Few likes and awards - they buy me some drinks, so...I just leave this here.
