[h3]This is actually an amazing and unique game.[/h3] In ways it reminds me of the *true* old-school, like C=64 days. A time when, well, let's just say sometimes games didn't come with instructions. >;P That was a true golden age of gaming, because basically everything was a hobbyist project at that point. Even the commercial games. Even *evil*, *EVIL* Electronic Arts was prone to put out unique and remarkable games, and their products were viewed as "cool", and "high-quality" -- if you can believe that! Compare to the drivel everyone churns out now, where if a game doesn't fit into one of about 5 preapproved paradigms, it just goes nowhere. And if it doesn't cop off of one of about 5 preapproved IPs, the big companies don't want anything to do with it anyway. (Well, let's just take a moment for an aside, to say: F___ them! F___ Disney and every IP they own. F___ every major sports league that cares more about licensing and monetizing than the sport itself. And F___ even the cool IPs that *started as videogames*, and then broke through into mainstream in misc. sick ways, and sold out the fans -- the ones who put them on the map -- in the process. Few game mechanics are as satisfying as striking the final blow on a tough enemy with a heavy spiked mace. Turn the DPI down w/n your in-game settings so that you don't have to move your mouse around as much.

Turn your dpi as high as possible and hit a dude so hard and watch the physics die and restart the match
