Cool idea, but I don't have to play it for long to see there's some troubles with the execution. Aside from the elephant in the room - the game being mostly PVP with a PVP centered progression but no playerbase - the controls just aren't it. They feel tight, which is good, but they are also slippery at the same time, leading to some disconnects to what you think should happen (particularly when drifting) and what happens on the screen, leading to many deaths. High speed feels cool in this game, but it also feels like a race car going out of control. The bit of PVE content that is there, which is either AI races or challenges, has some other problems. I've only tried the first set of challenge levels but it's just not working. Racing through rings which add a bit to your time and surge meter and trying to complete 3 laps before time runs out is fine in theory - but in execution, you're not allowed to miss a single ring or die once, because then the challenge is incompletable. Which is fine in theory, but you keep racing after missing rings and dying, as if there is still a chance. And then if you replay the level, you are forced to not only go back into a loading screen, but you …

Controls horribly, level design is bad, online is full of bots, and sounds pretty bad. It runs well at least

I honestly didn't play this game for very long, but for the little bit of time that I did play it I enjoyed it. It's definitely better with friends though.

this game is pretty cool and fun. i do like playing this game , but it does have some glaring issues i want to point out. cons- some of the stages have this red tint to it, which is normally fine. but the stage hazards are red laser's, and im sure there in every stage. but the combination of both really makes difficult to differentiate from one another. so often times youll die cause you just couldn't see the stage hazards. maybe the can change the color depending on the stage? that would cost to much confusion probably . another issue with the game are the items themselves. i understand that this games gimmick is death and blood. but i actually think some of the items shouldn't kill you. everything feels so one note, there's like 4 or 5 items that just kill you. they don't slow or simply knock you back or make you slip. i feel like having some of those toss in would not only shake things up for the better, but could actually just be more healthy for the game. you do have and item that grants you immunity for about 5 sec. but thats the only defensive option you have out of like 5 offensive ones. attacking items also have no indicator, so you can only go base off of sounds as way …

Really fun. Learning curve for sure. Definitely worth the price of purchase.
